Viewed : 1422 - Downloaded : 667 For formation of somoclonal variation in strawberry cultivars, calluses were raised in MS media with 2.0 mg/l NAA + 0,5 mg/ l BAP in dark condition. Those calluses were cultured in MS media with different hormone concentrations and new plants were obtained. In MS media with 1,0 mg/ l IBA + 1,0 mg/ l BAP, 2,0 mg / l IBA + 2,0 mg/ l BAP ve 2,0 mg/l IBA + 4,0 mg/l BAP hormones concentrations were found to be the most suitable ones both for Cruz and Yalova 110 cultivars.
