2 Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Bitki Koruma Bölümü Kurupelit, Samsun Viewed : 1815 - Downloaded : 1333 In recent years no-till drop production has became increasingly important. The advent of no-till farming and minimum-till farming has shown that tillage is not essential to grow crops and may do more control of weeds. No-till and minimum farming systems has been shown that the damage done to soil and made weed problem worse by excessive moldboard plowing. Minimum and no-tillage systems affect the weed control. Any method of weed control that minimizes tillage is potentially of benefit to soil structure. The importance of weed control in these systems is great; and complete weed control is necessary to successfully produce crops. In this review weed management practices for minimum-till and no-till cropping systems to provide economic stability while minimizing environmental risk was explained.
