Vegetables like other plants use sunlight as an energy source for survive and continue their lives. White light consists of different wave lenght of lights; human eye is able to perceive solely some parts of these lights. On the other hand, plants have sensitive pigments which are able to perceive the lights which one out of this spectrum and those pigments are called `photoreceptor`. To use the light source knowingly conducive to the aim of production in the different stages of vegetable cultivation will be a technique which increases the success.
